2. Questions and Answers – Legal Consultation

Although some of our clients are clear on what they want to accomplish, it is very common that, during the year, our clients will have questions that arise regarding their LLC and the Limited Liability Company documents.

You may call us if you have any questions about your Limited Liability Company records and we will answer those questions. All consultations are billed at $300.00 per hour. We will use your credit card to pay your account once an invoice has been sent to you. We bill your card separately for each new invoice.

3. Annual Limited Liability Company Record Maintenance (Required) – $625.00 per year.
