Uh he has formed a small business Corporation and wants to do a little bit of branding in his company and so to do that he wants to file some fictitious business names which will be associated with his different brands.

This is the first time that I’d heard about it so let me show you exactly where to get an Affidavit of Identity and how exactly to file it.
